3. Inspection & Signing Guidelines
Accuracy: Please ensure the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate. For security reasons, address changes are not permitted once the order is in transit.
On-the-Spot Inspection: We encourage you to inspect the external packaging upon arrival. If the seal is broken or the package is visibly damaged, you have the right to reject the delivery immediately.
Product Verification: After signing, please verify that the items, sizes, and quantities match your order details. If you discover any discrepancies or material shortages despite an intact seal, please contact our support team at my@mail.suminon.com within 24 hours.
Proxy Signing: Our couriers are responsible for delivering to the specified address. Anyone present at the address (such as a family member, concierge, or reception desk) may sign for the parcel.
4. Handling Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery fails due to insufficient contact or address information, the courier will hold the package for 5 days. We will attempt to notify you via email. If we do not receive a response within this period, the order will be returned to our warehouse for a refund, and the order will be cancelled.
