From the moment your parcel is delivered to your doorstep in Malaysia, you have 7 calendar days to try on your items. If you are not 100% satisfied with the style, size, or quality, we will gladly accept a return or exchange—completely free of charge.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a smooth process, please make sure:

You have your order number or the delivery note provided by the courier.

3. How the "7-Day Free Return" Works

We believe returns should be as easy as shopping.

4. Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD)

Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for our Malaysian customers, refunds are handled professionally:

Once your returned item reaches our inspection center, we will contact you for your Malaysian Bank Account details (Bank name, Account holder, and Account number) or DuitNow ID.

Your refund will be processed via bank transfer within 3-5 business days after approval.

5. Exchanges (Size or Style)

Found a dress you love but need a different size? We offer one-time Free Exchanges. We will dispatch your new size as soon as the original item is picked up by our courier.

If we made a mistake (sent the wrong size or if there’s a manufacturing defect), we sincerely apologize. We will prioritize your replacement and may offer a small discount code for your next purchase as a token of our commitment to your satisfaction.
